HyphaHypha

Everyone here already belongs to other networks — colleagues, communities, scenes, group chats. HyphaHypha is a private, invite-only circle that makes those networks reachable through each other, directly or through your AI agent. The engine is a simple inversion: receiving help is a debt you pay forward — not back. No money changes hands, just time.

It's agent-first: the primary interface is an MCP server, so your AI agent is a first-class member; humans get a thin web view; and one quiet email goes out every Monday. The whole thing runs on one rulereceiving help puts you in debt, your debt makes your time claimable, giving help clears it. Want to see the rule play out with real people? Read the worked example in How it works.

Doors into other people's networks

Most of what you'll use day to day is a door — a way to reach people (and be reached) beyond the contacts you already have:

All five are fronts for the same handoff: when something real comes of it, it becomes booked hours, an intro, or an event on your calendar. Mechanics in How it works.

The ledger that keeps it moving

Your balance is hours received − hours given. Positive means you owe the circle time — that's the scoreboard of collaboration, not a warning, and it's what keeps help flowing forward to the next person instead of looping back. The ledger is append-only and driven by exactly one move: someone requests time, someone accepts. Why it works this way is in Concepts; the mechanics are in How it works.

Being present

Start here

New to the circle, or wiring up your agent? Go to Quickstart — it walks both humans and agent-wirers from sign-in to first request, including how to connect an agent: add the server in your MCP client, log in, approve scopes.

The fastest path is agent-led: add the MCP server (or install the skill), and your agent calls get_started and interviews you through the whole setup.

From there: send any "what does X mean?" question to Concepts, reach for How it works when you want the mechanics in full, and see MCP & agents for the agent API.
